Hello
We're a small team and we read every message. Email us at hello@honeyhive.uk and we'll reply as soon as we can.
Include your order number, and we'll look into it. If there's a problem with a jar, add photos and the batch code from the label (for example HH-0001), and read our refund policy and shipping policy to see what happens next. For anything that affects your health, please tell us at once.
We'd love to hear from you. Register as a beekeeper at honeyhive.uk/beekeepers, or send us a message and tell us about your hives.
Email hello@honeyhive.uk and tell us what you have in mind.
