These terms apply when you use this shop and buy honey through HoneyHive. Please read them before you order. They don't affect your legal rights as a consumer.

HoneyHive connects you with beekeepers who sell raw local honey. Each listing names the beekeeper who produced the honey and who sells it to you. We run the shop, help with orders and look after support.
Pick a jar, choose collection or delivery, and pay. A listing is the beekeeper's offer to sell.
The sale is made when your payment is accepted. We'll email you to confirm your order.
You pay the price shown, plus any delivery fee, all set out before you pay. Prices are in pounds sterling.
You must be 18 or over to place an order.
Each listing says how you'll get your jar. Beekeepers must hand over or post it within 5 working days of the sale, unless the listing says otherwise. See our shipping policy for the details.
We describe honey as it is. We don't make health claims about honey, and we don't call it organic unless it's certified. If you have an allergy, or you're unsure whether honey is right for you, check the label and speak to your doctor. Honey is not suitable for infants under 12 months.
You have legal rights if your honey is faulty or not as described, and you can usually cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it. Our return policy and refund policy explain how this works for honey, including why opened jars aren't sent back.
Honey must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for its purpose. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
Please give us accurate details, and keep your account login to yourself.
Don't misuse the site, try to break into it, or use it for anything unlawful.
We may suspend an account if these terms are broken.
We aren't responsible for losses we couldn't reasonably have foreseen, or for events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit.
We look after your personal data as set out in our privacy policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that applied when you placed an order are the ones that apply to that order.
Please tell us first at hello@honeyhive.uk and we'll do our best to put things right. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring a claim in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
