Hello

Honey is a food, so we handle returns carefully. Here's how changing your mind works, and what to do if something is wrong with your jar.
If you bought online, you can usually cancel and get your money back within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. This right applies to sealed jars only. Once you've broken the tamper seal, you can no longer cancel for a change of mind, because opened food can't be resold.
Email hello@honeyhive.uk within 14 days of receiving your order, saying you want to cancel. Include your order number.
We'll tell you where to send the unopened jar. Please send it back within 14 days of telling us, packed so it can't leak or break.
Return postage is paid by you, unless the jar was faulty or not as described.
Once the jar reaches the beekeeper and they've checked it's sealed and undamaged, we'll refund you the price of the jar and the standard delivery fee, to the payment method you used. This will be within 14 days of us receiving the jar.
If your jar arrives damaged, lost or not as described, you don't need to send it back. Opened jars are not returned for food hygiene reasons. Follow our refund policy instead, and keep the jar and its batch code.
If you collected your jar from the beekeeper, the same rules apply. Email us to cancel within 14 days if the jar is still sealed.
Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
