Hello
Last updated: 26 October 2026
Every jar comes from a beekeeper near you or across the country. Each beekeeper chooses how they get their honey to you, and tells you on the listing before you buy.
Collect from the beekeeper's door or a local drop point.
Hand delivery by the beekeeper, where they offer it.
Post or courier, for beekeepers who send jars to your door.
The options and any delivery fee are shown on the listing and at checkout, before you pay.
Beekeepers must hand over or post your jar within 5 working days of your order, unless the listing says otherwise or you agree a different date with them. If a beekeeper doesn't, the sale is cancelled and you're refunded.
Delivery times after posting depend on the carrier and the service the beekeeper uses. Where tracking is offered, it comes from the carrier, so we can't promise it is always accurate.
We deliver to addresses in the UK. Collection is always from the beekeeper or a local drop point, and you'll get the details once you've ordered.
Beekeepers must pack jars so they arrive safely. If a properly packed jar is lost or damaged, you'll be refunded. If it wasn't packed properly, the refund comes out of the beekeeper's payout, so you don't lose out either way.
If your jar arrives broken, leaking or with a broken tamper seal, or doesn't arrive at all, email hello@honeyhive.uk within 2 calendar days of the delivery notice, with your order number and photos. See our refund policy for what happens next.
HoneyHive doesn't handle or store your jar. It goes straight from the beekeeper to you, either in person or through the carrier they choose.
HoneyHive is a trading name of Honey Hive UK Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 17536040). Registered office: 1 Hook Cottages, Hook Farm Drive, Bridgnorth, WV16 4RD.
